The Mushroom Lab is a small culture lab producing live mushroom liquid cultures for home growers, hobbyists, and small farms — the same cultures we rely on ourselves.
Single strains, not spores
Every culture we sell begins with a single isolated strain chosen for its genetics and performance. Because it’s one proven strain rather than a mix of competing spores, it colonises faster and fruits more predictably — which means fewer surprises and better yields for you.
Clean, careful work
Cultures are grown and filled under sterile conditions and quality-checked before they leave the lab. Each syringe holds 10 ml of live mycelium in a nutritious solution, capped with a sterile needle and ready to use.
Our guarantee
We stand behind every syringe. If your culture arrives contaminated or won’t grow, we’ll replace it. Stored in the refrigerator, a culture keeps well for six months or more.
